The Ghana U-19 Elite Scouting Program is a high-level youth football scouting initiative organized by JKK Sports Management to identify, evaluate, and promote some of the most promising U-19 football talents in Ghana.
The program brings together elite young players, professional clubs, scouts, football agents, coaches, and international football decision-makers in a competitive environment designed to provide young talents with genuine pathways toward professional football.
Through structured scouting, player assessment, competitive matches, performance analysis, and direct exposure to football professionals, the program gives talented players the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities in front of clubs and organizations looking for the next generation of football talent.
The initiative is built around three key objectives:
- Talent Identification — Discover exceptional young footballers with the technical, tactical, physical, and mental qualities required for professional football.
- International Exposure — Create opportunities for talented Ghanaian players to be seen and evaluated by professional clubs and football decision-makers from international markets.
- Professional Pathways — Connect high-potential players with clubs, agents, academies, and development opportunities that can support their transition into professional football.

The West Africa U-19 Elite Scouting Program is an international youth football scouting platform designed to identify and showcase outstanding U-19 football talents from across West Africa.
Organized by JKK Sports Management, the program brings together selected elite youth clubs and talented young players from West African football markets, creating a competitive platform where players can be evaluated by professional scouts, clubs, agents, coaches, and international football decision-makers.
The program provides a structured environment for talent discovery, performance evaluation, player profiling, and international networking. Selected players are assessed across key areas including technical ability, tactical understanding, physical attributes, mentality, potential, and overall suitability for professional football.
